Childcare Subsidy Applications Due Jan. 31

Dear Graduate Worker,

This is a reminder to apply for the GSOC Local 2110 Childcare Subsidy program. The final day to submit your application is January 31, 2023.

Our union established a Child Care Fund for all eligible graduate employees with children. This year, the fund is at $225,000 to be disbursed to graduate employees who apply and are eligible. The requirements for eligibility are:

●     Hold a GSOC Local 2110 bargaining unit position at any time in calendar year 2022 (J-term, Spring, Summer, or Fall of 2022).

●     Be a parent or guardian of one or more children in 2022.

●     Complete the application and attached affidavit, and provide proof of birth, such as a copy of the child’s birth certificate.
