Teach-In: Why Should Students Join Occupy Wall Street?

TEACH-IN: WHY SHOULD STUDENTS JOIN OCCUPY WALL ST?

WHEN: Wednesday, October 12th · 5:00pm  –  7:00pm

A new group of NYU students and workers has formed in solidarity with Occupy Wall St. They have scheduled a Teach-In: Why Should Students Join Occupy Wall Street? In the teach-in they will discuss the connections between war, racism, student debt, youth unemployment, and the increasing political power of Wall Street-and what students at NYU are doing to fight back!

NATIONAL DAY OF ACTION  

WHERE: Corner of Liberty St. and Broadway 

WHEN: Saturday October 15th · 11:00am 

The UAW, labor, and community groups are mobilizing for a Chase Bank Action that is taking place at 11am. The UAW will be meeting at 10:45 at the corner of Liberty St. and Broadway in Zuccotti Park. Please see below.
